A room with a view

The weather's awful, the food's rubbish and there's something funny-looking floating in the pool... Students often learn English for use on their holidays so why not use this lesson based on hotel complaints to offer some practical language? It uses a clip from the evanescent British comedy show 'fawlty towers' and will undoubtedly interest any learner who wants to complain about something
